Heart

For the heart of the pilgrim, we pray

May it be strengthened along the way

Nourished in the community and company

Invited by the wind and the Spirit whisper

And softened in the grace of the sheet bleats and rolling waves

May the heart of the pilgrim find true encounter and healing it seeks, and

May this meal and time together bring nourishment to our bodies and souls.
